“ID Engineering, Mager, good day!” Since December, the friendly voice of the consistently cheerful Oriane Mager has been greeting callers at ID Engineering. As the new Office Management employee, she embodies the service mindset and brings organizational talent along with extensive experience in dealing with customers, suppliers, employees, and people in general from her previous roles—a significant asset for the ID headquarters. Allow us to introduce her.

A look at her CV quickly reveals why Oriane Mager is the ideal fit for the reception at ID. A trained hotel specialist, she managed a hotel reception for many years before assisting executive management and handling office and administrative tasks at a large training center and various other companies.

Her friendly, open nature and professional appearance quickly convinced the ID management. In addition to her social competence, her confident and stress-resistant handling of the various technical and communicative requirements at ID is particularly in demand. Furthermore, she supports her colleagues across many different administrative and day-to-day business topics. Her two primary areas of responsibility are assisting in purchasing and managing the vehicle fleet. Her duties also include scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and organizing corporate events.
Oriane Mager’s welcome to the ID team has been just as warm as her voice on the phone. The motto fits perfectly: “First impressions count.”
