Fitter / Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

In this position, you will support our systems from assembly and commissioning through to ongoing operation at the customer’s site. You will work hands-on with custom special-purpose machines and ensure that our solutions operate reliably and on schedule.

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.

  • Experience in assembly, commissioning, or technical service is desirable. Experience related to special-purpose machine engineering and automation is an advantage.

  • Strong technical understanding as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working

  • Willingness to travel as part of commissioning and service assignments
  • Ability to work independently, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of control engineering (e.g., PLC) is an advantage

Your tasks:

  • Mechanical and electrical assembly of special-purpose machines and assemblies
  • Carrying out commissioning in-house as well as on-site at the customer’s premises
  • Analyzing and resolving faults during commissioning and service assignments
  • Carrying out maintenance, optimizations, and retrofits of existing systems
  • Technical coordination with design engineering, software, and project management
