Purchasing and Order Management (m/f/d)

You are highly organized and keep a cool head even in stressful situations?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Purchasing and Order Management Specialist at the earliest possible date.

You will assume a central role in procurement and order processing in close collaboration with Sales and Production.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., industrial clerk, technical merchant, or similar)
  • Experience in purchasing, order management, or logistics planning
  • Structured, diligent, and independent way of working
  • Communication talent and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office
  • Good German & English skills, both written and spoken
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to contribute actively

Your tasks:

  • Purchasing:

  • Obtaining and comparing quotes as well as selecting suitable suppliers
  • Maintenance of supplier and item master data in the ERP system
  • Initiating and tracking orders, including deadline monitoring
  • Analysis and optimization of purchasing processes

  • Order Management:

  • Processing of customer orders in collaboration with Sales
  • Preparation of shipments for spare parts orders including creation of delivery documents
  • Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
  • Analysis and optimization of order processes
