Surface inspection
We combine state-of-the-art camera technology with conventional image processing and deep learning to reliably test components for scratches, indentations, and color and pattern deviations. Error detection and classification are carried out by intelligent algorithms that guarantee maximum accuracy. For optimum image quality, we develop customized lighting solutions that are perfectly tailored to your application.
Component measurement
We offer precise component measurement in 2D and 3D – from contours to complex geometries. Optically captured areas can be compared with drawing dimensions – down to the hundredth of a millimeter range. The measuring systems are qualified according to MSA or VDA guidelines and ensure positional tolerances and fitting accuracy for inline and end-of-line inspections.
Synthetic images
We generate sensor-realistic, synthetic image data to train AI models efficiently. This creates extensive and varied data sets without the use of expensive sample parts. This allows even rare error images to be covered and training data to be flexibly adapted to new products or manufacturing conditions.
