ID Engineering is now a KUKA System Partner. The company is one of the world’s leading providers of intelligent automation solutions, offering everything from robots and cells to fully automated systems and their networking from a single source. In sales and specialized applications, KUKA relies on particularly qualified partners, which now include ID Engineering.

To always be able to offer the best and most suitable solution, KUKA works with a global network of System Partners. The main selection criteria are specialists who are thoroughly familiar with KUKA products and services and simultaneously enjoy a high level of trust among their own customers. This makes them attractive partners with specialized industry knowledge and application expertise.

In June, Tobias Butscheid (Managing Director) and Marc Barth (Head of Electrical Engineering) traveled to a nationwide Partner Xchange in Siegen. There, all nationwide system integrators were presented with the latest news from KUKA. The aim of the meeting, which included presentations by KUKA employees and experienced system integrators, was also to strengthen the network of System Partners through direct exchange.

ID decided to focus on the metalworking industry and consumer goods sectors, primarily offering robotic applications in camera-supported automation and quality inspection. The diverse specializations distinguish all System Partners. Therefore, there was no sign of competition at the integrator meeting in Siegen. Instead, the exchange of experience and knowledge was paramount. Some projects might even be better realized in tandem.
