The cleaning device V21 from ID Engineering sets new standards in industrial surface cleaning. Designed for demanding applications in the automotive and electronics industries, it reliably removes impurities and creates optimal conditions for subsequent bonding, soldering, or coating processes. With flexible bandwidths, robust construction, and intelligent monitoring, the system is highly versatile and can be individually adapted to meet specific needs.

The core of the system is a cleaning belt that, depending on the requirements, is made of microfiber or other specialized materials. This belt is guided over precisely controlled rollers and can be used either dry or moistened with special cleaning agents. As a result, even stubborn contaminants can be reliably removed without damaging the surface. The system has proven itself particularly well in the automotive industry, for example, when cleaning door folds or removing adhesive residues. However, it also ensures optimal conditions for subsequent processing steps in other industries, such as electronics or plastic manufacturing.

A major advantage is its flexibility: the device is available in various belt widths ranging from 18 to 300 millimeters and can be used both stationary and on a robot. Integration into existing production lines is just as possible as standalone operation. Thanks to intelligent monitoring systems – for example, to check belt wear, moisture levels, or fill levels – the cleaning process remains consistently controlled and delivers reproducible results, even with high production volumes.

Collaboration with partners like bellanet enables the company to address individual customer requirements and develop specialized solutions. Additionally, ID Engineering relies on sustainable, solvent-free cleaning agents and a low-maintenance design, which keeps operating costs low and protects the environment.
