At its core is a Deep Learning-based solution for the precise detection and classification of surface defects – even on transparent materials with complex light refraction properties.
Innovative Lighting Concept: Specially developed lighting design ensures uniform illumination and optimal visibility of even the finest defects on transparent glass and plastic lenses.
Long-term Data Archiving: All system metrics are archived for a period of ten years – including a convenient re-import function for analysis and traceability.
Efficient Online Annotation: An API-coupled annotation platform enables the direct and seamless integration of expert feedback into the AI model’s training process.
Intelligent Monitoring: All relevant Deep Learning metrics are continuously monitored. In case of deviations, automated notifications are sent – for maximum process reliability.
