Pick & Place component feeding via dual feeder
Using a dual AnyFeeder system, synchronized robotics, and adaptive process control, we have implemented a highly dynamic pick-and-place solution for injection molding production.

For a leading manufacturer of injection-molded components, we developed a high-precision pick-and-place solution that enables reliable and flexible component feeding through a dual AnyFeeder system. In combination with an Epson 6-axis robot and powerful image processing, a fully synchronized process was created, designed for maximum efficiency and quality.
Double flexibility: Two AnyFeeder systems ensure continuous and redundant component separation – ideal for high-variance production processes.
Self-optimizing parameters: The feeder settings are statistically monitored and automatically adjusted to ensure consistently high process quality.
Precision in motion: An Epson S5 6-axis robot performs the exact pick-and-place, supported by a Basler ace 2 camera for precise component detection.
Full synchronization: The robot, feeder, and image processing work in a shared control loop – for seamless processes without cycle time losses.
Adaptive process control: Through continuous analysis and optimization of cycle times, the efficiency of the overall system is dynamically increased.

We don’t have customers, we have partners
I was particularly impressed by the fact that the competent and motivated staff always responded to interim changes to the plan in a friendly, quick, and flexible manner, and that our requested changes were implemented at no additional cost
ID has excellent, motivated, and friendly specialists in manufacturing process automation who know exactly what they're doing. From conception to production, all the experts are in-house, which made working with us much easier.
We supply high-quality components for industrial image processing, which ID uses in special-purpose machine construction. In addition, ID conducts professional training courses for our software at customers' sites, which significantly contributes to the efficient use of the components in automation.
